Our History
I was introduced to Workers’ Compensation law by Eugene Levington, Esq, a pillar of the California Worker’s Compensation legal community. He became my mentor and my friend, and he taught me to be a fierce advocate for injured workers.
I built my practice from the ground up relying on good work ethics and mastery of the law to protect my clients in a very difficult legal field. As a result, my practice grew by word of mouth into three offices and hundreds of satisfied clients and growing.
I am fortunate to be bi-cultural and bilingual (Spanish), and my law degree has given me the opportunity to really make a difference in peoples’ lives. I am humbled and grateful for this.

Dennis Dascanio has been married since 1988 and is the proud father of four beautiful children who have successful practices of their own in teaching, architecture, law, and landscape architecture.
Currently, Mr. Dascanio is a member of the California Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Western San Bernardino Bar Assoc. & California Applicants’ Attorneys Association. He is also admitted to the United States Court for the Southern District of California. He has provided legal representation at all Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board in Southern California and multiple boards in Northern California.
Mr. Dascanio’s practice areas include Worker’s Compensation and all related Employment matters, Personal Injury as well as Social Security Disability. As a certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation, Mr. Dascanio represents employees who have been injured as a result of their job and he is knowledgeable and experienced with all WCAB judges, board procedures and all aspects of the EAMS system as well as civil courts throughout California.
Mr. Dascanio has settled numerous cases in excess of $1 million and up to $8.6 million.
When away from work, Dennis enjoys tennis, traveling in his RV, tending to his vineyard, and making wine. Dennis and his wife are avid travelers and sailors.

Jake T. Dascanio

Jake Dascanio earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton. After college, he graduated from Law School as an honors student at California Western School of Law.
Jake’s interest in the law started when he was a child listening to his father talk about helping clients with his work at the Law Offices of Dennis Dascanio. After completing school, Jake started working at our firm and learning from the highly experienced lawyers within the office.
Jake takes pride in helping people better understand the law while assisting in their cases.
In his free time, Jake likes to go snowboarding, surfing, spend time at the beach, and work on cars.
